The Chrysler 300 Club, Inc. no longer sells the battery cables listed in the Club Store.

If you have the Club Store battery cables on your 300J or 300K ram car, it is recommended that you apply heat shield tape or wrap on the positive cable where it is close to the ram exhaust header. There has been one incident of the cable contacting the header on a 300J causing the insulation to melt and shorting out, causing the starter motor to run constantly.

This subsequently required the car to be towed home. Heat shield tape and wrap is available at Amazon or at most auto-parts retailers. If there are any questions of why we are not selling the battery cables, please contact the Club Store Manager, George Ver Berkmoes at zzub@cox.net.
