Fredericksburg, TX
September 17 to 21, 2023.

The Host Hotel is The Inn on Baron’s Creek, 308 S. Washington, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624. Please call the hotel directly at 830-990-9202 for reservations and request reservations under the Chrysler 300 Club. $149.00 + tax (13%), breakfast is included. This special club rate will be available until August 17, 2023. After that date reservations will be subject to prevailing hotel rate availability. A special club rate ($249.00 + tax for Friday/Saturday) is available for up to 3 days before and after our Meet.

Sunday, Sept 17 - Host hotel check-in. Pick up Meet Packet at Hospitality Room (Van Der Stucken Theatre, open at Noon) Truck/trailer parking is available onsite Supper on your own. See packet for suggestions – lots of options. 7:30 pm - Meet Orientation presentation in the Hospitality Room by Randy & Virginia Thorne
Monday, Sept 18 - 8:30 - Meet in the Hospitality Room - then caravan to the National Museum of the Pacific War which opens at 9:00, or walk if you wish (0.5 miles from Hotel - about 5 blocks walking distance) Lunch at the Auslander German Restaurant (0.3 miles from Hotel - walking distance). Afternoon on your own to visit Downtown Fredericksburg and/or return to Pacific War Museum. Supper on your own. See packet for suggestions.
Tuesday, Sept 19 - 8:30 - Meet in the Hospitality Room - explain the day’s Car Cruise and hand out Cruise materials. The Cruise is about 84 miles long and starts from the Hotel. Lunch and Supper on your own. See packet for suggestions. 7:00 – Business Meeting – All 300 Club members and their spouses are invited to attend!
Wednesday, Sept 20 - 9:00 - Car show at Crenwelge CDJR (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) in Fredericksburg. People’s Choice balloting. Car washing at Crenwelge Chrysler before the car show. Box lunch available for advance purchase, or on your own. Awards Banquet in the Host Hotel Banquet Room – opens at 5:00 p.m. - Drinks will be BYOB with some mixers provided. Banquet Dinner will be Texas BBQ at 6:00 p.m.

Texas has many places to see and things to do on your way to and from Fredericksburg. There are two National Parks (Big Bend and Gualalupe Mountains) and 14 other National Park System locations. You can check out the travel guide and the Texas Travel website for more information.
If you're 62 or over, you can get a Senior "National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass". It's free and good for life and is your free pass into any National Park Service properties. We use ours quite a lot.

Hemi Hideout, by appointment only, 1172 Wilpitz Road, Brookshire, Texas. 201 miles from our host hotel, 3-1/2 hours.
Space Center Houston, 1601 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas. 262 miles from our host hotel, 5 hours.
Blue Bell Creameries, 1101 S Blue Bell Road, Brenham, Texas. 168 miles from our host hotel, 3-1/2 hours.
Big Bend National Park, 396 miles from our host hotel, 6-1/2 hours.
There are several Historic Spanish Missions (in addition to The Alamo) in and around San Antonio.
